Enforcement Official of JMC suspended 11/30/2013 10:37:46 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 30: The Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) today suspended an Enforcement Official for dereliction of duties. According to sources, JMC Commissioner Kiran Wattal after receiving complaints that an Enforcement Officer (Khilafwarzi Officer) Naresh Kumar is allegedly involved in commercialization of area falling in Gandhi Nagar, has placed the official under suspension. The JMC Commissioner took serious note of the complaints and ordered for the detailed enquiry into the matter. Sources further told Early Times that the suspended official was looking after the Gandhi Nagar area for the last twenty five years."It was established that Khilafwarzi Officer Naresh Kumar overlooked the construction of some shops in Gandhi Nagar area which were sealed by the Municipal Commissioner few days back as the structure was being erected without building permission and necessary provisions of bye laws.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
