Vijaypur, Jan 1: Congress Sewa Dal district president Raj Kumar Bhagat today visited border village Manohar Gopala and Raiper and listened the problems of villagers.
He also met several persons of the area namely Himat Kumar, Tilak Raj, Babloo, Aman Choudhary, Jeet Raj and Bipin Sharma.
Residents of Manohar Gopala and Raipur village said that there was no facility of potable water in village as PHE department has spent millions of rupees but funds were not properly utilized.
They further said that no BPL survey, widow, old age pension survey have been done by department so far. Raj Kumar Bhagat assured that he would take up the matter with concerned quarters. He also donated Shawls among poor villagers. Rano Devi, Kamlo Devi, Bachano Devi, Poli Devi were also present on the occasion.
