| 22 year-old girl receives 90 percent burns | | | Jammu, Feb 23: A 22 year-old girl received severe burn injuries after she caught in flames allegedly due to leakage of domestic cylinder in her place at Sainik colony.
The victim has been identified as Sukhvir kour daughter of Balbir Singh of Sec D, Sainik Colony.
Police sources said that family members of the victim stated that due to leakage in domestic cylinder resulting she caught in flames.
Police sources said that she was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) by her relatives.
Police further said that the victim received around 90 percent burns and her condition was stated to critical when last reports came in.
Police have registered a case and started investigation in this regard. |
