| Class 12 students resent re-examination of Chemistry paper | | | Early Times Report KATHUA, Mar 29: While condemning Jammu Kashmir Board of School Education (JKOSE) for conducting the re-examination of Chemistry paper for few examination centers in Kathua, the students of class 12th held a massive protest demonstration and blocked college road in front of civil secretariat here today. During the protest students Kamalpreet Singh, Mainak Mahajan and Shiya Sharma urged JKBOSE not to conduct re-examination of Chemistry paper for which the students appeared on March 10 for centre numbers 331, 332,333,334 and 335. They said, if JKBOSE is confirmed of leakage of Chemistry Paper in these centres then it should conduct the re-examination for all the centres. They said, even if any leakage is detected students cannot be blamed for it as this is sheer negligence of JKBOSE authorities. While speaking to media, Assistant Secretary JKBOSE Kathua, Abdul Majid Rather termed the leakage of paper as criminal act. He said that cancellation of the Chemistry paper of Higher Secondary Part-II in few centers in Kathua is the decision of higher-ups of authority after some substantial evidences pointed towards the leakage. |
