Jammu, Apr 25 : Despite lawyers' Strike, a permanent Lok-Adalat was held at District Court Complex headed by Additional Judge Bank Cases Bala Joyti assisted Sub-Judge Jammu SS Bali in which 14 cases of pre-litigation and post litigation were settled and amount of Rs 26, 24, 932 was recovered from the borrowers/defaulters. Meanwhile A Lok-Adalat was also heled at District Court complex Bhaderwah under the Chairmanship of MK Sharma Principal District & Sessions Judge Bhaderwah in which two benches were constituted out of 33 cases 24 cases were decided and an award to the tune of Rs 3.5 Lac was passed. A composite fee of 8400 was realized on spot and an amount of Rs 2.44 lacs was recovered in recovery case. JNF |
