| Govt offices return to usual work, after employees end strike | | | Early Times Report Kishtwar, Apr 25: After four days of complete strike due to row between the agitating employees, Police and Administration over the alleged misbehave by SP Kishtwar with ARO Kishtwar the usual work in all the government offices resumed in full swing after two sides reached to an agreement late last night. As per the details, heavy rush of people were seen in Office of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, RDD office and other offices, besides schools which witnessed a healthy attendance. Many offices were open till late to clear the pendency an outcome of four days continuous employees strike across the district.Meanwhile the members of Kishtwar Employees Front held a meeting at DIET complex Kishtwar wherein they expressed his sincere thanks to all the people for their support during agitation. The members urged all the 26 unions who took part in four days long agitation to remain united for the cause of employees. The front members also pledge to work towards betterment of work culture in government offices so that the people of the District could get maximum benefits. Among the prominent who attended the meeting included Mehboob Qazi, Tanveer Malik, Raj Kumar Badyal, Abdul Majeed, Javed Khandey, Mohammed Rafi Kichloo and others. |
