Kathua, May 27: Congress workers paid rich tributes to first Prime Minister of India Late Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru on his 50th Death Anniversary in function presided by Subash Chander Gupta President District Congress Committee Kathua. After paying the floral tribute, Gupta threw light on the philosophy and life of Pt Nehru. Recalling the life of Nehru, Gupta said that his life was full of devotion, dedication and truthfulness. It was Nehru who architected the modern India and laid the strong foundation stone for its future. Nehru worked not only for India but for the world community at large. His ideas are very much relevant even today and world needs to adopt theses ideas. Subash Chander Gupta, remember the great contribution of Nehru in the freedom struggle of India.
