Kathua, May 27: : All Sarpanches and Panches of Block, Kathua today held a meeting at district headquarters Kathua and constituted a Panchayat Association, Block Kathua to raise their issues at appropriate levels.
After deliberating on various issues the Panchyat members unanimously elected their body in the name of Panchyat Association Kathua and elected Sarpanch Panchayat Kharote, Mohan Singh as Chairman, Sarpanch Panchayat Janglote Ragunandhan Singh as President, Sarpanch Panchayat Badala Yash Paul Raina as vice President, Sarpanch Vijay Padha as General Secretary, Sarpanch Ramesh Singh as Joint Secretary, Sarpanch Babu Ram as secretary, Sarpanch Kuldeep Singh as cashier and Sarpanch Balwant Singh as spokesman.
Chairman of the Association Mohan Singh and President of the Association Ragunandhan Singh appealed all the panches and sarpanches of the state to get united under the umbrella of this newly formed association to give a decisive fight to the anti- panchyat state Government of Jammu and Kashmir. |
