| Accept new postings or face action: Govt to teachers | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, May 30 : The Jammu and Kashmir government has warned all teachers, including newly promoted, to join new place of postings within a week or face action.
As per circular issued by the Education Department it has been impressed upon all the concerned, including Chief Education Officers to ensure the implementation of the Government order regarding the transfer order of In-charge Principals and equivalent.
All the In-charge Principal and equivalent, newly promoted incharge Principals who have been transferred or adjusted have been enjoined upon to join their new places of postings within a period of seven days positively, failing which their promotion shall be withdrawn without any further notice.
Action under rules shall be initiated against the officials who fail to comply the above instructions.
All the Chief Education Officers shall submit a compliance report in this regard along with the details of in-charge Principals who fail to join their new place of posting after stipulated period is over. |
