MENDHAR, May 30: In a special drive launched in the town by the local administration under the supervision of Tesildar Mendhar, the team seized 50 kg of polythene bags, three LPG cylinders and imposed fine of Rs13, 300 on shopkeepers for default.The team on the directions of Tehsildar Mendhar Mohd Rafiq Mughal and assisted by SDPO Mendhar Surinder Choudhary, BDO Angrez Singh Mankotia, TSO Mendhar Abdul Khaliq SI Pankaj Kumar started checking in the market and recovered 50 kg polythene bags and three LPG cylinders.
Action was also taken against many fruit, vegetable, sweet and meat shop owners for keeping unwholesome items and also not displaying rate lists. A fine of Rs 13,300 was imposed and imposed fine to the tune of Rs 13,300. |
