Justice Janak Raj Kotwal after hearing Sr. Adv VR Wazir with Adv Surinder Singh appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Commissioner/Secretary Home, District Magistarte Jammu, SSP Jammu, SDPO City West and SHO P/S Janipur. |
