BATOTE, June 20: The pending demands of the non-gazetted officers of Chenab Circle, Doda comprising of Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar districts were highlighted during a meeting of the Non-Gazetted Forest Officers Association (NGFOA) here today. The meeting chaired by the NGFOA, Provincial President, Ravi Kumar was attended prominently by its leaders from all the three districts. Their main demands included the removal of pay anomalies; regularization of Daily Rated Workers engaged before 31-01-1994; payment of Risk Allowance; enhancement of 135 post of Range Officer, Grade-II by the corresponding reduction of posts of Foresters; change of designation of Helpers; timely holding of DPC of all cadres of Forest employees; regularization of consolidated workers and availability of quality uniform.
NGFOA, Provincial President, Ravi Kumar informed that these demands have already been sent to the government through the Principal Chief Conservator Forests, J&K on June 9. |
