8-day long All India Sculptors camp concludes

Srinagar, July 3 : Organized by the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, the 8 day long All India Sculptors camp concluded here today. The camp started on June 25 at Academy premises Lalmandi, Srinagar. National and State reputed artists participated in the camp and carved out beautiful pieces of sculpture depicting the cultural legacy of the state. The sculpture will add to the collection of the Academy and will be displayed in the sculpture garden in the premises of Tagore Hall. The artists who participated in the camp were Shabir Mirza (Srinagar) , Prof. Imtiaz (Delhi ), Manish Kansara (Delhi), Ashwani Kumar (Delhi) Rahive Kumar (Meerut, UP), Veranna Arkasali (Mysore), Amarit Singh (Jammu), Surya J.S. Bagli (Jammu), Prem Singh Chani (Jammu), Charanjit Singh (Chandigarh).
