Jammu, Aug 2: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) continuing its Saturday Musical Play Series staged "Bharat Mahaan" today in collaboration with Ek Sath Rang Mandal at its Compound Durga Bhawan Disco Morh Janipur Jammu.
The theme of play revolved Nationlal Integration and Communal Harmony and the time of the performance was co related with coming Independence Day.
During the performance the artists recited the songs including Ham Sab Ek Hain " Koi Bole Ram Koi Allah Bole"Ao Juan " Ek Hamara Khoon". The Play was written and Directed by M L Dogra renowned Writer and Musical Play Director, M.L.Dogra, Former Assistant Director of Song and Drama Division. Ministry of Information Broadcasting, Government of India.
The Program was inaugurated by V.K.Magotra, Former Regional Director of Directorate of Field Publicity ,Government of India.
In his address the chief guest lauded the efforts of the organizers in making such awareness programmes colorful and effective on the theme of national integration.
Among the Dignities Vijay Malla Writer Director of IPTA, Romesh Chander, Chairman Unison cultural Troupe, K L Verma (Tabla Maestro), Raju Bajgal (Music Teacher) , Hem Raj, M C Kotwal.
