JAMMU, Aug 3: The Junior Engineer aspirants who appeared in the written test conducted by the JKSSRB on Sunday are aghast over JKSSRB `drama'-taking question papers back from thje candidates along with the OMR sheets. While some termed it conspiracy , others threatened to go to the court to justify the alleged wrong done by the JKSSRB which goes contrary to the method of other recruitment agencies whether national or state level which including PSC,JKCET, UPSC . Approaching the media persons, hundreds of aspirants said that their question papers were taken back with the OMR sheet. From question papers they can make access of the right as well as wrong answers they attempted. Going further they said that instead the JKSSRB should issue key the next day so that the candidates should know that how much waters they are standing. Meanwhile when contacted Chairman JKSSRB Shagufta Parveen said that the candidates can take their question papers back from the office of the JKSSRB if they have any doubt on the credibility of the board. Pertinently, earlier also hundreds of aspirants appearing for common screening test for the post of Junior Engineers were in a tizzy due to clash of screening test dates with written test for the post of Bank PO and Clerical Assistants in Indian Overseas Bank under Udaan Project. Service Selection Recruitment Board (SSRB) had scheduled screening test for the post of Junior Engineers (JEs) in Mechanical, Civil and Electrical which was going to be held on August 3 at 10:30 am however, written test for the post of Bank POs and Clerical Assistants under Udaan project was also scheduled to be held on August 3 in morning shift. Thus putting the aspirants, who had applied for both the posts, in great confusion. Irony is that both the recruitment was being done by government agencies and lack of coordination between the government agencies was clearly seen from this owing to which aspirants were in great confusion.
