| Several PDP, NC workers join Cong in Budhal | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Aug 3: Several active leaders and workers from People Democratic Party (PDP), National Conference (NC) and other parties joined Congress party at Kotranka.
The joining programme held in the presence of senior Congress leader Mohd Iqbal Malik, a strong contender for the party ticket from Darhal Constituency.
Iqbal Malik is on hectic tour of Darhal constituency and leaving no stone unturned to persuade the voters to support Congress party in the upcoming assembly polls.
While addressing the meeting, Malik said, "The congress party is getting strengthened day by day "as a large number of people especially the workers of other political parties are joining the party after getting impressed by its policies".
He also assured the locals that being a political leader he will try his best to resolve their grievances.
Iqbal Malik along with other senior Leader's also assured People of Budhal and Kotranka that his party will fight for the welfare of the people of this neglected region without consideration of caste, color and creed.. |
