Jammu, Aug 8: The enforcement staff of Jammu Municipal Corporation today sealed two unauthorized buildings. According to press release, the team sealed the premises of Sabi Gupta son of Dewan Chand Gupta, near Railway Phatak opposite Saw Mill, Channi Jammu. The building was being constructed without the permission of JMC, as the defaulter has committed the land use violation. The action has been taken under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988. The team also sealed the premises of Shail Gupta son of Raj Kumar and Raj Kumar son of Amar Nath M/s Ambika Traders at 275/4 Channi Himmat, Jammu, who constructed the building for residential purpose and used the whole building as commercial purpose. |
