Assault victim succumbs in GMC 10/27/2014 12:04:42 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 26 : A watchman of irrigation who was beaten severely beaten by some unidentified persons succumbed today at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H). The deceased has been identified as Dalip Kumar son of Mohan Lal of Kishtwar.Police sources said that on 19 October he was severely beaten by three youth over unknown issue and was abandoned outside Government Gandhi Nagar Hospital.
