JAMMU, Nov 3: Mandeep will be playing against Ritvik Gupta in the final of the junior boys in the ongoing Jammu District Table Tennis Championship at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here tomorrow.
Earlier, in the semifinals, played today, Mandeep defeated top seed Sunpreet Singh in straight sets of 11-07, 11-08, 11-07 while Ritvik defeated Divyam 3-1 (09-11, 11-07, 11-08, 11-07).

Meanwhile, in junior girls section, Jhanvi and Shreya have made it to the final. In today's semifinals, Jhanvi beat Ashmeet Kour in easy straight sets of 11-04, 11-06, 11-03 and Shreya trounced Surbhi 11-07, 11-07, 07-11, 11-09.
Earlier, in junior girls' quarterfinals, Jhanvi trounced Archita Kesar 11-07, 11-08, 11-09 while Ashmeet Kour beat Meghna Jain 11-07, 11-07, 11-08. Similarly, Surbhi defeated Bhavya 11-05, 11-06, 11-08 and Shreya trounced Iknoor 11-05, 11-03, 11-06.
