Road accident victim succumbs 11/3/2014 11:04:34 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 3: A road accident victim undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) succumbed today. The deceased has been identified as Kaku son of Shambu Nath of Samba, police sources said. Police said Kaku received injuries on Sunday when the motorcycle he was riding as a pillion rider collided with unknown vehicle resulting severe injuries to him and were shifted to GMC&H Jammu.
