Pak allows beating retreat ceremony at Wagah

Jammu, Nov.3 : Pakistan has allowed the public to view the Beating Retreat Ceremony at the Wagah border. Earlier, Border Security Force (BSF) chief DK Pathak had announced that there would be no beating retreat ceremony at the Wagah border for three days, after the blast which killed over 55 people.India has strongly condemned the attack on the Pakistani side of the Wagah border, calling terrorism an 'evil scourge'.Over 55 people, including three security personnel, were killed and nearly 200 others got injured on Sunday when a suicide attacker detonated a powerful bomb at Wagah in Pakistan, just after the flag-lowering ceremony at the border crossing. According to reports, the al-Qaeda affiliated group Jandullah has claimed responsibility for the attack.
