NC rebel candidate from Inderwal also avails nomination papers
5 file nomination from 2 Kishtwar constituencies

Kishtwar, Nov 3 : Ahead of 5th November deadline of filling of nomination papers for the first phase of Assembly Election to be held on 25th November 2014, five candidates three from 52 Inderwal and two from 51 Kishtwar constituencies filed their nomination papers while ARO 52-Inderwal issued four more nomination papers today taking the number 17.
As per the details available with Early Times, Congress candidate from Inderwal Ghulam Mohamad Saroori (52-Inderwal) and Nek Ram Manhas (51-Kishtwar) filed their nomination papers today, while Jyoti Prakash (52-Inderwal) and Des Raj Baghat (51-Kishtwar) of BSP also filed their nominations papers today. One Independent Candidate Shanawaz Ahmed Ahanger also filed his nomination papers from 52-Inderwal.
Congress party candidate was accompanied by leader of Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad and former Advocate General Mohamad Aslam Goni, while BSP candidates and one independent filed their nomination papers with lesser fan fare. ARO's Mohammad Hanief Malik (51-Kishtwar) and Sudarshan Kumar Salaria (52-Inderwal) administrated the oaths to the candidates who filled their nomination papers today. Later Azad also held a public rally at Chowghan ground Kishtwar which was attended by thousands of Congress supporters. Earlier Saroori reached outside DC office Kishtwar with thousands of his supports who were raising pro Congress, Pro Saroori and Pro Azad slogans.
Keeping in view the guide lines of Election Comission of India, the cavalcade was stopped at the main gate of the DC office Kishtwar and only five people including Ghulam Nabi Azad were allowed to enter into the premises. Meanwhile ARO 52-Inderwal issued four more nomination papers today which include the dissident National Conference candidate from Inderwal Shamin Ahmed (Independent) who was denied the ticket by party leadership paying way for Chowdhary Salam Din. Beside Shamim Ahmed, Tanveer Ahmed Babzada of Rashtriya Karanti Samajwadi Party, Chowdhary Noor Mohamad Kalu (Independent) and Jyoti Prakash of BSP. Overall 25 nomination papers has been issued by the two AROs of Kishtwar District which include 17 from 52-Inderwal and 8 from 51-Kishtwar.
