Fearing defeat in ensuing polls, ruling parties raising irrelevant issues: Reen | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 3: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Gandhi Nagar assembly segment, Amreek Singh Reen who today campaigned door to door at Baba Deep Singh Nagar, Kunjawani said that fearing defeat at the hands of people for their failure on all fronts, the NC and Congress have started speaking in different languages Cautioning the people against gimmicks of National Conference (NC) and Congress, contesting PDP candidate from Gandhinagar said that both the parties in coalition for the last six years have enjoyed power without caring for the common masses. "Now fearing that people will vote them out in the coming Assembly polls, leaders of the both the parties are trying to rake up emotions of the people by raising some irrelevant issues", he said and exhorted the people to teach a lesson to the leaders of coalition parties a lesson for their misdeeds. Expressing his gratitude towards people for their over-whelming support to the PDP during campaign, Reen said that response of the people was a clear indication that PDP was going to create a history in the coming assembly elections. Surjeet Kour, Harmeet singh, Varinder Singh Sonu, Balbir Singh, Sandeep Singh and others accompanied the PDP candidate Reen during his campaign. |
