Contractors Association seeks vigilance probe against XEn Horticulture Department 11/3/2014 11:43:33 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 3:The Contractor Association Jammu today sought vigilance probe against Executive Engineer (XEn) Horticulture Department Jammu for alleged misdeeds. Addressing a press conference here at Lok Nirwan Bhawan, president of the association Sham Singh Jamwal alleged that the XEn had allotted tenders in violation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) during Lok Sabha elections. Singh said that the XEn misused his official position and allotted a tender without advertising tender notice in national news papers.
