| RM College observes Aids cum World Pollution Prevention Day | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 2: RM College of Education organized poster making competition and slogan writing competition to observe World Aids day and World Pollution Prevention Day in the college premises.
On account of world Aids Day College organized intra college poster making competition in the premises. Participants were divided into four groups namely A, B, C & D. All the teams prepared posters in allocated time of one hour. They were adjudged by Judges, Ravinder Kour (Principal RM Public School) and Manisha (Art Teacher). Team A consisting of Lalit kumar Mali, Mukesh kumar saini was adjudged as first while TEAM B consisting of Neha Kunwer and Prakash Das won the second prize.
Slogan writing competition was also held immediately after poster making. Students participated in this programme with great enthusiasm. In slogan writing competition slogan written by Shilpa Gupta was adjudged as Ist while slogan written by Radhika Jandyal and Samriti Gupta got second and third prizes respectively. Programme was attended by all the students, faculty members and trustee of the college.
Rita Mengi congratulated the winners and other participants for their hard work and creativity put by students in the task .Principal of the college in his concluding address congratulated the winners and threw light on importance of organizing such programmes in educational institutions. Certificates and mementoes were given away to participants and winners. Programme concluded with vote of thanks presented by Ravinder Kour. |
