Trikuta Degree College observes World AIDS day Dr. Manzoor Ahmad Yetoo 12/2/2014 11:26:50 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 2 : NSS unit of Trikuta Degree College Nardani Raipur organised an Awareness rally on the eve of World AIDS day. The rally drew the attention of the masses towards the dreadful results of HIV infection causing AIDS and destroying the immunity system of a person. People were made aware of the fact that the disease is incurable but can be stopped by taking preventive measures. The students were carrying placards conveying different messages to aware people about dreaded disease. They were also raising slogans to attract people towards the burning issue of the disease. The rally was taken out through the main busy street of Bantalab and culminated back in the college. The rally was flagged off by the Chief Guest Dr Roop Lal Sharma- Chairman Trikuta Degree College. He also addressed the students urging them to spread awareness among the masses against AIDS.
