All J&K Govt Engineering Draftsman Association elects new body 2/4/2015 10:57:33 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 4: All Jammu and Kashmir Government Draftsman Association (Hydraulic Wing) Jammu province held its general body meeting at Press Club and elected its new body for the next term. The counting of votes started after poll voted by S M Chechi (General Secretary GDCT) and Vikas Sharma (Advocate J&K High Court) and later both were appointed as Returning Officers to supervise the counting process. A total of 189 were casted and the Returning Officers declared Mahesh Sharma as President who scored 138 votes and defeated his rival by 88 votes. Meanwhile Kuldeep Sharma and Rakesh Sharma were elected as Vice President and General Secretary respectively. Madan Lal Kundan, Ajay Gandotra, Ganesh Dutt were elected as Secretary, Organizing Secretary and Treasurer respectively whereas Vinay Khajuria was unopposed elected as Publicity Secretary.
