Jammu, Feb 4 : Officers and Jawans of General Railway Police (GRP) of Railway Sub Division Udhampur today accorded a Warm sendoff to outgoing SSP of Railways AK Mahajan during a farewell function organized at Railway Station Udhampur. The farewell ceremony was attended by Kamlesh Shoor SDPO, Surjeet Kumar SHO GRP Udhampur, Shahzad Khan SHO GRP Katra, Deepak Tufchi SHO GRP Manwal, Incharge Police posts Ramnagar, Sangar all officers & Jawans of GRP, officers of District Police, officers of Northern Railways. Speaking on the occasion the speakers lauded the contribution of AK Mahajan SSP for Railways Katra for maintaining proper liaison and follow up with different departments and wings of Railways to raise the infrastructure and establish Railways Katra including Railway Sub Division Udhampur. They wished him success for new assignment. Earlier on February, 02 Mahajan was accorded a warm sendoff by GRP, Railway and other civil officers of Katra as the SSP Commanded great respect amongst all.
