Jammu, Feb 10: J&K Teacher's Welfare Association (JKTWA) urged the newly incumbent Director to adjust repatriated Master's suitably in their home district in a meeting was held under the chairmanship of its State President Jasmeet Singh Madaan. As per press release, State President Jasmeet Singh Madaan said that all these Master's have made to suffer because of the corrupt practices prevailing in the department by Kewal Sharma, PRO to then Education Minister, Tara Chand and his henchmen's working as his agent in the department. Those who have greased the palms of these corrupt elements got their choice posting and the rest has suffered a lot. Master's, in-fact, have become so much depressed on getting promotion, said Jasmeet. It is worthwhile to mention that all these repatriated Master's have served in many inaccessible areas of hilly districts with the hope that they will be adjusted suitably in their home districts after completion of their tenure, but as soon as they came back, the worst era of darkness and corruption has already engulfed the department so much that exorbitant rates were fixed for transfers and adjustments, said Jasmeet. |
