Rejected NC, Ors using AAP victory to sabotage BJP-PDP Govt in JK
2/11/2015 12:12:46 AM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 10: The political parties defeated and rejected by the people of the state are now using AAP's victory in Delhi to hide their failures and hit out at possible BJP-PDP alliance.
The National Conference which has been reduced from 56 seats in 1996 to just 15 now has said that while the BJP's fall is imminent, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed by aligning with the BJP would allow the saffron party to set up its base in the State and it would humiliate the people of the Kashmir.
The CPI (M) represented by its lone MLA MY Tarigami, who himself won by a slender margin of less than 200 votes, said, "People of the country have started realising the divisive agenda of the BJP and the PDP shouldn't give BJP a chance to legitimatize its agenda."
The NC itself has been the partner of the BJP in the past and even after the results of the last assembly elections were declared Omar Abdullah had said that NC has not closed its doors completely for the BJP.
The NC which has been reduced and sandwiched to just a few pockets of the Kashmir is now using the results of the Delhi elections to polarise the atmosphere with an objective to slice its share of communal politics.
The party which tried best to get support from the BJP is now trying to malign the party by resorting to rhetoric.
The CPI (M) MLA, who has enjoyed the best perks, privileges, security and one of the finest government accommodations is trying to use AAP victory to hit out at the BJP.
"The aim of these defeated parties is to keep the BJP out of the power in Jammu and Kashmir which Kashmir based leadership has considered its personal fiefdom by keeping Jammu leaders at bay. But now with things have changed and they are now using the AAP to hit out at the BJP and pressurize PDP. It's political desperation of the highest order," said a senior leader.
