CS chairs CoS meeting 2/10/2015 9:38:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 10: Chief Secretary, Mohammad Iqbal Khandey, today said that significant compliance has been observed among officers across all cadres in filing of Annual Property Returns (APR) and submission of Annual Performance Reports. Chairing the periodic meeting of the Committee of Secretaries (CoS), the Chief Secretary reviewed the status of departmental inquiries and directed that all such pending inquiries should be handled as per fresh guidelines of the Vigilance Commission and disposed of at the earliest. Khanday directed the Administrative Secretaries to review all pending cases under SRO-43 and ensure that these are finalized within the shortest possible time given the enormity of sufferings the claimants have gone through.
