Eradication of Inchargism in Education Deptt need of hour 2/10/2015 11:22:55 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 10 : One day session of School Education Officers from all cadres was held at Jammu under the chairmanship of Abdul Quyoom Wani. Representatives from all over the state incharge provincial president Jammu Amar Nath Thakur & Provincial President Kashmir Manzoor Ahmed Khan participated in the session. The participants unanimously expressed their strong resentment against the Inchargism in the school Education Department. All the participants expressed their deep anguish over the menace of Inchargism of all cadres from Headmaster to Joint Director level who have been working in the Incharge capacity since long. The meeting expressed concern that even after regularization of incharge officers by cabinet decision, in 2011, thousands of I/C Officers have been still working in the I/C capacity and hundreds of them have retired without their services regularized. The other demands which were highlighted in the session included pay anomaly of Masters, Headmasters & Z.E.O's, non vocational status in favour of Headmasters, Principal and equivalent, running grade in favour of Lecturers, filling of all vacant posts right from class IV to Jt. Director level in the deptt, setting up New Education Policy, creation of Human Resource Management Cell and Grievance Cell in the Deptt, and Rational & Transparent Transfer policy.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
