Plus 2 lecturers Forum calls Commissioner/ Secretary School Education 2/10/2015 11:23:24 PM Jammu, Feb 10 : A delegation of All Jammu and Kashmir Plus 2 Lecturers Forum today called School Education Commissioner/Secretary under the leadership of NS Jamwal and also submitted a memorandum regarding the present scenario and the genuine problems being faced by the teaching fraternity of Plus 2 Cadre. Jamwal apprised Commissioner/Secretary School Education that the department lacks any definite transfer policy which affects the functioning of school education and needs your kind attention for formulate a need based rational transfer policy. He briefed Commissioner/Secretary School Education about the worst type of stagnation among the teaching fraternity in the School Education department and demanded core issue running grade(time scale promotion) in favour of Plus 2 cadre as per SRO 225 clearly indicates the pre-revised Scale of Rs 8000- 13500 is a running scale being availed by our counterpart is still awaited in favour of Plus 2 cadre. He further elaborated in details the burning issues as implementation of RMSA structure at district level, re-organisation of the School Education Department, Regularisation of Incharge officers of School Education Department lying pending years.
