BSF trooper injured in mysterious shootout 2/10/2015 11:23:35 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Feb 10: A Border Security Forces trooper today received critical injuries in a mysterious shootout at a forward post in Mendhar of the border district. "The injured BSF trooper has been identified namely as Veer Singh Meena of 64th BSF battalion who sustained three INSAS bullet injuries after some gunshots were heard this early morning by unknown persons, police sources said. Sources said the trooper immediately was shifted to a nearby hospital from where after preliminary treatment doctors referred him to Command Hospital Udhampur for advanced treatment.Meanwhile Police have started investigation into the matter to ascertain 'shootout' , however during preliminary investigation it has been found that the bullets were fired from INSAS rifle.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
