PIL regarding center for organ transplant DB seeks personal appearance of Principals GMC Jammu, Srinagar 2/10/2015 11:23:55 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 10 (JNF): In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Smile Social Youth Club through its President MatloobSaleemQureshi raising an important issue of organ transplant, A Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Chief Justice N. Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat of J&K High Court observed that on last date of hearing Principals Government Medical College Jammu and Srinagar were directed to come with a detailed project report so as enable the court to monitor the steps required to be taken to set-up the facilities.Division Bench further observed that the project report has not been filed and nor the counsel for the respondents are present and directed Principals Government Medical College Jammu and Srinagar to appear before this court on next date of hearing along with prospective project report.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
