GAD issues circular on compliance of SRO-164 2/10/2015 11:24:07 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 10: The Government has once again reiterated provisions of SRO-164 which prescribe that no Government employee shall, except with the previous permission of the Government, hold or continue to hold any office in any Sports Association of the State or the National Sports Federation or Association and the application for such permission shall be made through the Secretary J&K State Sports Council. The circular to this effect was today issued by the GAD impressing upon all the Administrative Secretaries to ensure that SRO-164 is implemented in letter and spirit and no Government servant is allowed to continue as an office bearer in any sports body without the State Government's prior permission.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
