PAF demands implementation of Governor's order 2/10/2015 11:29:57 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Feb 10: President Public Awareness Front (PAF) Kishtwar Shakir Saddiqui warned the Education and Revenue Departments against non implementation of the standing detachment order issued by the Governor N N Vohra in letter and spirit.In a press statement, PAF President said that as per the reports the DDOs are misguiding the higher official and are not giving them the original picture of detachment, more over there are so many teaching staff and other employees of different departments still attached in DC office Kishtwar on the name of so called cultural cell Kishtwar, DIET Kishtwar and at various other institutions and ZEO offices of the District Kishtwar. He said that all this exhibits that blue eyed officials are still managing to remain in attach capacity. He said that the court stay is another mockery in the various departments, while officials are enjoying years together on court stays. He said that the department is shielding them, the reason best reason to them.
