Jammu, Feb 10: All J&K Diplomas Engineers Association, Jammu held a meeting at GladniNarwal under the President ship of ErUpinder Singh in which they discussed the issues arising out of splitting of the Power Development Department. During the meeting the participating members expressed their resentment expressed their apprehensions over the job security, salary emoluments and working condition while unbundling of the department. While addressing the meeting ErUpinder Singh assured the PDD colleagues of full co-operation of the Diploma Engineer cadre and warned the administration of any kind of anti cadre decision in this regard and demanded an immediate meeting with the Principal Secretary of the PDD so that the association can put its point of view over the issue. The president of the PDD Er Jai Pal Sharma while addressing the meeting demanded blue print of the proposed un-bundling of PDD and asked the all cadres and ranks to be united to fight for their service rights.
Prominent participating in the meeting included Er Anil Gupta, Er Naresh Sawhney, Er Rakesh Goswami, Er Chander Sheikher, Er Vijay Sharma, Er Sanjay Koul, Er P K Sethi, Er Vinay Sharma, Er Vimal Kupta, Er K K Sharma and Er Ram Lal. |
