| Workshop on Examination Stress Management organized | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Feb 27: Delhi Public School Udhampur, organized a special Positive Parenting workshop on Examination stress Management for the parents and the students of class X and XII. The workshop was conducted by the Principal of the school Kunal Anand.
The aim behind this workshop was to guide the students how to deal with the upcoming board examination stress. To equip our young aspirants of X and XII with the skills and strategies to manage exam stress was the primary objective of the workshop. The Principal Kunal Anand, gave practical advice on recognizing the early sign of stress and how to provide young people with a holistic approach to coping with the inevitable stress of exam.
He also shared the role of parents during the exam. He well explained the fact that a positive attitude of parents towards their wards during the examination can be a basic mantra to success. We should not stress children, we need to support them. |
