Rule maker becomes rule breaker SDM's vehicle has no registration number 2/27/2018 11:26:03 PM Arun Jasrotia Early Times Report Udhampur, Feb 26: SDM has been plying his vehicle without registration number in violation of rules. To make further mockery of the rules, the vehicle carries SDM letters in bold in front. Terming this as sheer arrogance, the locals said the official has been misusing his official position by conveying the vehicle belong s to SDM. The locals have questioned inaction of the Motor Vehicle Department Udhampur. "How do they allow a vehicle to ply on roads without registration number?" The vehicle was found standing at Domail Chowk. The SDM, reports said was inside the vehicle when photographers were taking photos.
