| Prajapati Sabha celebrates Jayanti of Sant Shri Gora Ji Maharaj | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 27: J&K Prajapati Sabha today celebrated 694 Jayanti of Sant Shri Gora Ji Maharaj at Gora Ji Bhawan below Indira Chowk near Bus stand Jammu under the chairmanship of Ayoudhya Kumar Manawa, President of the Sabha with great fervour and gaiety in which large number devotees from Jammu and other parts attended the religious function.
The function started with arti followed by bhajan and kirtan. The prominent social workers from Prajapati community from outside the state who attended the' function are Swami Ram Muni Ji Maharaj (Haridwar Wale), Pritam Bhardwai from Delhi, Dr. Kiran Prajapati and others from Jaipur (Rajasthan) who threw light on the life and teachings of Gora Ji Maharaj.
Chief Guest and other guests while addressing the gathering congratulated on the occasion and assured all help to accomplish the ongoing work of community hall. Ayoudhya Kumar Manawa, president of the Sabha in his address urged the people to serve the society with full dedication, file also projected the issue of 27% reservation to OBCs and criticized the previous J&K governments for not providing justice to the OBCs. He appealed the present government to implement the recommendations of Mandal Commission in the state. |
