Early Times Report

Poonch, May 12: Although inhabitants of Dhara, Fatehpur and Danna Dhakran have approached the concerned authorities of PHE department and highlighted the issue through print as well as electronic media regarding water crises in Dhara and Fatehpur areas but administration has kept the issue behind the walls. Sources from Fatehpur, Dhara and Danna Dhakran have informed that, after publishing of the news regarding embezzlement in funds in WSS Dhara-Fatehpur, administration constituted an investigation team which investigate the matter but didn't take any action right now.
Water has totally been closed after publishing of news, which has compared to revengeful attitude of district administration, locals alleged. They said, in hot months of May and June and forthcoming Ramdhan the people are going to face troubles.
The locals including Mohd Iqbal, Mumtaz Ahmed, Khalid Hussain and others have further appealed to chief minister to take strict action into the matter and provide water facilities within a day to the common masses. If government failed to restore water supply, they will come on roads on Monday locals warned.
