Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's birthday celebrated

Jammu, May 13: 62th Birthday of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a renowned spiritual Guru and the founder of International Art of Living Foundation, was celebrated with gaiety and fervour all over the globe today 156 countries over 400 million with gaiety and fervour. The Art of Living - Jammu organised several programmes, in tune with the organisation ideology of Sadhna, Seva and Satsang, to commemorate the occasion. Earlier from very Dawn, Sudershan Kriya- a Rthymic breathing exercise Session evolved by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, was organised at all happiness centres of AOL in the Jammu city, Kathua & Udhampur which was attended by a very large number of followers of the revered Guru. To Express the Gratitude to his Holiness after meditation Sessions Gurupooja was conducted at The AOL Centres namely Gian Mandir & Temple of Knowledge AOL meditation Centres at Trikuta Nagar , Rotary Bhawan Gandhi nagar, Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra Shakti Nagar, Sri Sri Dhyan kendra Parihar traders at Janipur , Aap Shambhu temple meditation hall Channi Himmat, , Nagrota village meditation hall along with Udhampur and Kathua centers. The family of Art of Living put up chabeel and organised 16th Vishal Bhandara at Indira Chowk where MLA east Sh Rajesh Gupta lit up the lamp & along with MLC Vikram Randhawa had Prasadam with huge gathering of thousands, another langer and chabeel was also organised at Sec 1 Shiv Mandir Trikuta Nagar Jammu where more than 5000 people from all walks of life joined in having prasadam on such pious occasion.
