Jammu, May 13: The aspirants for the post of administrator at Zorawar Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu have joined hands against back door adjustment Neeraj Sharma, Special Secretary to Vice Chancellor as incharge administrator.
According to sources, VC's blue eyed, SSVC is one of the candidates, who have applied for the post of Administrator, but all are surprised over parachuted landing of Neeraj Sharma through back door.
"The administration has other option also to make internal arrangements, as the podt fell vacant after elevation of administrator, Dr. Parmeshwari Sharma as Dean Students Welfare, but university has only option for all things in the form of Neeraj Sharma", they questioned, administration's move. They said that however, Jammu University Teachers' Association (JUTA) has prevented Dr. Parmeshwari Sharma, to join as DSW until the action against some students are taken.
"If, she has not join as DSW, why her previous post was stanched in so hurry, it was Neeraj Sharma planted there under-planned conspiracy", they said and added that as SSVC Neeraj Sharma, using his authority has tightened nose of most of staff members including Teaching and Non-Teaching, but VC' prior to end of extended term till new VC is appointed, wants to give cool post to his blue eyed.
"The post of SSVC held by Neeraj Sharma is also under scanner, as the Higher Education department had asked the University of Jammu to conduct an enquiry into his appointment, and subsequently his promotion, meanwhile, he is not confirmed as Deputy Registrar, as he challenged the matter of his demotion in court of law and the matter is still subjudice, he is holding vital post of Deputy Registrar, Teaching Wing", they said. |
