Do you have "a winning personality?”
Dr. Pinky Goswami5/13/2018 10:01:06 PM
To be a winner is the dream of almost anyone. Winning gives the utmost pleasure to an individual. To be a winner, we put in every drop of our sweat. But only a few come out as Winners. Most successful people have some important winning traits. The first is the "Spirit to fight" almost any obstacles with immense positive energy. The belief that any obstacle is only a phase and every problem bear a solution drives them to remain positive and finally emerge as a winner. A winning personality prefers faith over fear. They see problems as a part of life and knows that the problems can be dealt. They focus on the thought of WINNING and only WINNING. It is well said that a game is won or lost in the mind. So, the one who wins in the Mind has no stopping.
The second most important trait is that of Perseverance and Patience. They never leave their mission unaccomplished. They are the completers. The fighting spirit is the drive which keeps the fire on in their bellies. They cannot rest without reaching their goals. Their level of patience is high which enables them to continuously try even at times of initial despair. They bear a "never give up" attitude. Perseverance is about discipline and discipline is a call for organized actions. If anytime they go wrong, they critically analyse their own actions rather than putting it only to others. They are self- motivated, and they bear an undying motivation. They never quit.
The third most important trait is Self Confidence. They have immense faith in their own capacities. They have good knowledge about their own strengths. They have the courage and they are eager learners and take every experience as a new learning. They always grow in confidence no matter how bitter the experiences may be. They are completely sure about what they want to achieve in life. Their goals are clear and definite.
The fourth trait is that they are Solution Focussed. They take problems as a part of their life and are found to dwell more on finding a solution rather than spending time on the problem. They are forward looking.
The fifth most important trait is that of having a Positive attitude. An individual with a winner streak is one who remains positive even in the most negative situation. The "never giving up attitude" comes from their positive outlook which further pushes them towards finding a solution to all barriers they face in life. The positivity keeps them rejuvenated and allows them to face every challenge with double strength. Positive attitude makes the person more approachable and the positive aura supports them in emerging as a winner in all situation. They firmly believe that each situation however negative it may seem will have some positive impact as well. All that they need to do, is allow the positivity to rule.
The sixth trait is that of having the power of Imagination. A winner bears the capacity of creative imagination which leads them to excel in their functioning and see success in every endeavour. The real world has its limits, but the world of imagination is boundless and continuous. People with this trait of imagination can soar to all heights of the horizon and bring down to earth what they can make the most of it. In today's world of Business and Innovation, creative imagination is the most desirable quality in human resource.
