JAMMU, May 13: The annual holy Chhari Yatra (Mindhal Yatra) will commence from Maa Chandi Temple, Blassu, Doda on June 1.
The announcement regarding commencement date of the holy yatra was made by the president of Aadi Shakti Devi Chandike Sevak Sanstha (ASDCSS) Blassu, Doda and Prof D S Manhas while addressing a press conference.
They informed that the Chhari Mubarak through Pyar Singh accompanied by thousands of yatries having night stay at Gouri Shankar Temple, Kishtwar on June 1 and Maha Kali Temple, Sohal, Paddar on June 2 will reach at Maa Chandi's revered place- Mindhal, Pangi, HP on June 3. On June 4, Mindhal Mela (Havan Pooja, Bhaderwahi Kud & Jagran ) will be held at Maa Chandi Darbar Mindhal. It will will return back on June 5 and after night stay at Gouri Shankar Temple, Kishtwar is scheduled to reach at village Blassu, Doda on June 6. ASDCSS in co-ordination with Maa Chandi sevaks of Prem Nagar, Thathri, Kishtwar, Glahai, Kendal, Sohal, Tyari, Lujh, Killar, Mindhal, and concerned administration of J&K as well as HP makes necessary arrangements for smooth conduct of Yatra and requests the interested devotees to participate in Mindhal Yatra to seek blessings of Maa Chandi- Mindhal Vasini known for great power. |
