| BSF intensifies vigil along LoC | | |  M S Nazki

Poonch, Nov 23: Border Security Force (BSF) has intersified vigil along the LoC in twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch to thwart any untoward uncident from across the border, a senior officer of the force told Early Times have today.
He said the troops were put on high alert to meet any eventuality on the LoC in both the sensitive districts of Rajouri and Poonch in Jammu Division adding high vigil is being maintained along the sensitive border areas like Nowshera, Sunderbani, Lam Manaja-kote besides Balakote, Mankote, Krishna Ghati, Gulpur and Mandi sector's in Poonch district.
He said to foil any attempt of infiltration or violation of ceasefire from across the border, the BSF troops were all set to thwart any attempt and give a befitting reply to the enimies peace, senior BSF officer added.
He said in recent past our Jawans were martyred by snipper weapons too and we are fully prepared to meet any sort of challenges on the border to maintain law and order in the border areas he further added. |
