Super-speciality OPD camp organized

Jammu, Dec 16: A multi disciplinary super speciality OPD camp was organised at Govt Super Speciality Hospital Govt Medical College Jammu wherein 13 super specialities of super speciality hospital, Govt Medical College and SMGS Hospital Jammu participated.
The camp was inaugurated by Atul Duloo Principal Secretary Health & Medical Education J&K, in presence of Dr Sunanda Raina Principal & Dean GMC & AH's Jammu, Dr Arun Sharma MS SSH, Dr Dara Singh MS GMC Hospital, Dr Manoj Chalotra MS SMGS Hospital, Dr Deepak Kumar Dy MS SSH, Dr Rakesh Sharma Dy MS SMGS, Dr Rehana Dy MS GMC Hospital Other HOD's OF SSH & GMC Jammu.
More than 500 patients got benefit in the camp and it was still continuing. Besides OPD Services of various Super Specialities, Free Blood Sugar Test, Other Laboratory Tests, Ultrasound, X Rays etc were done. Free Medicines were provided along with Arrangement for fruits , tea and coffee was made for patients & their attendents. Audio visual health awareness programme for the public.
The super specialists available for the camp were Dr Noor Ali HOD CTVS, Dr I.A Mir, Dr Arvind Kohli, Dr Mohit Arora, Dr Vivek Gandotra all CTVS; Dr Dharminder & Dr Sanjeev Bhat Cardiology, Dr Elias Sharma HOD Urology, Dr Rahul Mahajan, Dr Ajay Anand, Dr Raja Langer, Dr Ranjeet Thakur Urology; Dr Amit & Dr Raju Nephrology; Dr Vivek Rishi & Dr Hardeep Neurology; Dr Rajesh Mahajan for Pain Clinic; Dr Narinder Singh Paediatric Surgeon; Dr Suhail Zahoor & Dr Ratnakar Sharma Plastic Surgeons; Dr Vijayant chandel & Dr Shoukat Choudhary Medical Gastroenterology; Dr Vikrant Chandel surgical gastroenterology; Dr Javed medical oncology; Dr Anil Sharma & Dr Suman Kotwal Endocrinology, Dr Vipul Neuro surgery; Dr Ghansham HOD Radiodiagnosis & Imaging and Dr Bhatia HOD Biochemistry were also personnaly present along with their staff for free diagnostics.
