Jammu, Dec 16: Having realized that it has offended the people of Jammu who voted it to power for the first time in the history of J&K, the saffron party is now trying to appease Kashmiris for upcoming election, by playing politics of religion.
In a glaring example, a couple of BJP leaders, including former Minister-Priya Sethi along with State President Mahila Morcha-Rajni Sethi were seen carrying religious scripture in hands, in an apparent move to appease majority community in Kashmir.
"The saffron party has been exposed of playing the politics of religion. They are trying to garner votes in Kashmir and they can stoop to any level to fetch them," said sources in BJP, adding that due to their already wrong policies, they have been dumped by the people in Jammu.
The pictures of the BJP leaders, especially women wing are viral on various social media platforms, wherein netizens are trolling BJP leaders for playing politics of religion.
If sources are to be believed, this has woefully exposed the double face of the BJP who is now trying to appease the majority community in Kashmir.
Sources further stated that in Jammu BJP is playing adorning saffron in Jammu and Green in Kashmir to appease both communities. |
