Jammu, Dec 28: To commemorate 'Dogri Manta Divas' and Christmas festival, Adbi Kunj held a special multifaceted literary meet here today. Various literary luminaries participated in the meet from the different parts of the State. The meet was presided over by renowned literary personality Sham Talib. In the opening session, Sham Talib presented a detailed report on the various activities of the organization in 2018. In the meet, Adbi Kunj also celebrates "Dogri Manta Divas" and holy Christmas festival. A composite Mushiara was specially organized in which poets recited their various kalams in different languages. The poets who were present on the occasion include Aamar Sambri, Khayal Ladakhi, Syed Sibtey Raza, Tariq Raza, Aarash Dalmotra, Dr. Ram Paul Sharma, Shambu Payasa, Ashok Muntiq, Ram Paul Dogra, Sanjeev Gupta, Santosh Nadan and Sham Talib. The vote of thanks were presented by Aarash Dalmotra Chairman of Adbi Kunj. It is pertinent to mention that the next meet of the organization will be held on December 30th , 2018 in Ronak Hall at Raj Pura near Rajpura Park at 4 pm. |
